It’s hot out there, right? In today’s post, I want to draw your attention to my favorite tips and tricks on how to style leather this Summer. I know many women who avoid leather, as they find it too hot for wearing during summer months. Frankly speaking, you shouldn’t dismiss leather, as you can still wear it when it’s quite chilly outside during days and nights. Personally, I know several styling tricks that will help you create a perfect outfit completed with a leather piece. If you are interested, then I am here to share with you following street style images. Read on to find out more and let me know your thoughts in the comments below.
First of all, I recommend keeping things light colored. I think you all know that black color becomes very hot in a very short period of time. Make sure to wear leather pieces in light and bright colors and pair them with lightweight pieces. For instance, try on brown leather jacket and style it with the lightweight white frock, or go for short-sleeve shirt tucked in a beige midi leather skirt. In other words saying, choose leather pieces in lighter shades. I bet you gonna look sunnier and happier. Don’t be afraid showing off some skin. I am not saying you have to appear on the streets naked. For instance, try on leather shorts or mini skirt and show-off your pretty legs. There is one funny stereotype that comes in our minds thinking of leather: we automatically imagine long-sleeved leather jackets. If the weather is really hot, then why don’t you try on biker leather vest? I love to see smart-casual looks where ladies appear on the streets wearing black leather vests styled with simple white T-shirts paired with denim cut-offs and chunky sandals. If you are not into leather vests, then you should try on leather tube top with spaghetti straps. If you are not into leather clothing, then why don’t you wear leather accessories? Buy yourself a pretty vintage-inspired leather purse and wear it with a cool boho-chic outfit. You can always wear leather shoes, like chunky sandals, gladiators or pumps.
